A soft but yet fairly hard wearing cotton soft furnishing fabric in a bright clear blue colour. The Martindale means it can be used for some occasional use upholstery, and it is the perfect backing for cushions with one of our louder patterned fabrics on the other side or for accent piping.Although it is soft enough for some dress making such as skirts or jackets, and it's a in a very pretty bright blue.
